For camp operators

We are not selling you a listing.

A listing is free and stays free. What is worth money to you is the thing behind it: parents arriving at your registration page already knowing what your camp is, what it costs, and whether their kid is the right age — so the ones who land are the ones who sign up.

What you get, at no cost

  • 01A detail page with your dates, price, age bands, level, venue and a direct link to your own registration system. We do not take registrations and we do not take a cut.
  • 02A plain-language note saying what your camp actually is — a real tryout, a development camp, an exposure event. Parents stop emailing you to ask.
  • 03A report-a-wrong-date button, so a mistake reaches you instead of spreading.
  • 04The same listing in English and French.
  • 05A page search engines can read, with your camp marked up as a dated event.

What paid placement is

Position, and nothing else. A paying operator sorts to the top of its sport and province — within the confirmed listings only. It cannot lift an unverified camp above a verified one, it cannot soften the note that says what your camp is, and it cannot remove a correction a parent sent in. Break that rule and the directory stops being worth anything to parents, and a directory parents do not trust is worth nothing to you.

PLACEMENT BUYS POSITION — NEVER A CANDOR NOTE.

What it costs

There is no rate card on this page yet, and that is deliberate. We do not have the traffic numbers that would justify one, and a price quoted before you can see what a listing does for you is how directories lose their operators in year two.

If you want in early, we are taking a small number of founding partners for this season at a fixed rate that stays fixed for as long as you keep renewing. Claim your organization below and we will send you three things: the number, your current listing to check, and everything we have counted so far.

No card. No call. No auto-renew. Your free listing is unaffected either way.

Before you pay anyone — including us — ask these

  1. 01How many parents actually saw my listing?
  2. 02How many clicked through to my registration page?
  3. 03Can you prove a registration came from you?
  4. 04What happens to my listing if I stop paying?
  5. 05Who else in my sport and province is listed?

We will answer all five in writing, including the two where the honest answer is "we do not know yet" and "nothing changes — your free listing stays exactly as it is."

One more thing we will not claim

Verified here means a person confirmed your dates, price and age bands with your organization. It is not a safety audit, a background check or a quality rating, and we never present it as one.

Claim your organization

Tell us who you are and we'll send you your listing to check. Free — no card, no call.

  1. 01The organization goes in the operator record first — team, program, club or private operator.
  2. 02Each dated camp is entered as a draft with its source page attached.
  3. 03Dates, price and age bands are confirmed on the operator's own site or by email.
  4. 04Only confirmed events publish, with the name of who verified them.
  5. 05Published events are re-checked on a cycle and stamped with the last check date.

Camps get announced late and fill fast.

Pick a sport and a birth year. We email you when a verified camp matching it opens registration — nothing else, ever.
